3. Online Store Terms (Contract Formation)

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation).

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error.

5. Delivery and Risk

We aim to deliver products within 7 -12 work days. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the products are delivered to the address provided.

6. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
